This interactive 3-hour virtual training supports early childhood professionals in creating joyful, inclusive, and calm classrooms during the busy December season. Participants will explore developmentally appropriate December-themed activities for infants through school-age children, identify effective classroom management techniques for maintaining structure during high-energy times, and discover ways to celebrate cultural diversity respectfully. Through hands-on collaboration, educators will design inclusive weekly lesson plans and reflect on their own self-care and mindfulness practices during the holidays.
